well after waching the fifth season i think it's definitely Juliet theme. btw your vid was great

actually it was first heard when jack leaves the smaller island with the others.

starts @ :41 jack defiantly telling the woman lost leader that his tattoo doesn't mean what it says @ 1:54-2:11 carl and alex, an "ocean apart" gaze onto the same stars.

2:11-2:46 Jack is now on boat with juliete and others. He and juliete are alone at the bow, separate from the others, gazing toward the uncertain horizon that is their future!

I forget what episode it was, it was towards the end of season 4 shortly after Jack has his appendix taken out. He and Kate decide to go after the helicopter and Juliet gets upset because Jack is recooperating from surgery. He tells her he'll see her in a couple of hours and she walks away and tells him "Don't bleed to death, Jack".
