@collington22 Sure. As far as I can tell, it's TM without the mystical element. It's a simple mantra meditation technique which is really inexpensive to learn and seems to be very effective.
I've only just started with it and I'm sleeping an hour or so less and waking up with more energy. My thinking is becoming clearer.
sound much cheaper than TM, i think i wanna try this....
