The only suggestion I would make is to arrange the clips in an order that portrays savage destruction, then rebellion and then a look back on what was lost in the gain of victory.

you did indeed pull it off. although i love macross way better. the macross series in robotech is definately worth watching. amvs that arent just a bunch of jumbled clips combined with some overplayed song on the radio are all to common. kudos to you. ive made a few myself. check them out if you like. whats the song?
Thats exactly what Im going for, im trying to pick songs that are either never used or rarely used. Though I do admit the one I did for "Top Gun" was a common one, i just wanted to have fun on that one. But the other ones use songs like the theme from Halo, Eternal Father, Green Berets.
The song for this one though is "Russian Navy Hymn" by the Russian Red Army Choir. If it helps the song is featured heavily in the movie "Hunt for Red October."
