  • Was looking at your video title, thought i saw 4473 feet. But when i saw the takeoff i looked again and realized it was meters! What a rocket!

  • gay vid

  • Propellant is standard 65/35 mix (65% potassium nitrate, 35% mannitol)with 0,1% of surfactant added.

  • Holyshit what the hell is the formula ratio are you using?

  • Zanima me kje si dobil višinomer. Vsekakor pa čestitke za tako uspešno raketo.

  • Super raketa!

    Šla ful visok.

Moja je pa letela rekordnih 30m.

  • this video rocks. mannitol is not a sugar, is a polyalcohol and this shows it contains high power in it.

No wonder why mannitol hexanitrate is so darn powerfull.

  • Because it is totally non-hygroscopic, burns slow even at high pressures and has very good adhesion to the fiber liner that I use.

  • I was going to ask that question too, great answer thank you.

is the propellant grain any harder to produce when using mannitol then other sugars?

  • Nice, but why mannitol? It is expensive and there are many other cheap sugar substitutes

  • AWESOME!

  • Sjajno Andrej,

  • Great flight! Looks like you got a really nice propellant there!
