Prabhu deva is known to be a humble and good guy.He lost his son from cancer and apparently he was very depressed at that time which was during Villu so nayan was there for him.I think it is in a man's nature to fall in love with a woman who provides emotional support.

He is an extremely talented choreographer and thats all that matters.We will never know what actually happened.Maybe nayan is a good woman after all and we dont know about his wife's character.Lets not judge and leave them alone
