Mediation is only good if get one that thats completey 50/50 and not for ether party and dosnt pick sides but listens to the full cuserns on what needs to be heard but when i telling the mediator that my ex.s family are fucked up pepole and there a long history of child abuse in that family and they dont listen brushs me off & just gives her what she wants and now a year later i find out my 6 year old has been molested by her grandfather this whole fucking time Mediation is a fucking joke

i find that people take me more seriously if my voice and mouth movements are synchronised with each other. a lack of synchronisation just causes unnecessary distraction in a mediation.
