Thanks for taking the time to watch the video and leaving a comment. I think the video clearly shows how unsafe the pedicab is and that it is clearly overloaded, as can be seen and heard. As you may not be aware these drivers are not vetted and their vehicles are unsafe.
As for minicabs and the problems associated with them, please view some of the other videos on this channel, in particular Palestra Picket. I can only recommend that you use Licensed Taxis.
