RIck is such a talented, hard working, loyal employee. He's a company man to a fault IMO. He knows where his bread is buttered and does his best to stay out of the fray. Vinnie is also very talented and knowledgeable about bikes. He also seems like a great guy.

've been watching this show from inception. I've always seen both sides. However, Sr. has never given Jr. any credit/due pertaining to OCC's success. Sr's business acumen is to be applauded, but that same business acumen wouldn't have done any good without Jr.s builds.

There is a reason why NONE of Jr.s sons speak to their father - and we're seeing why. I have a little girl and would die before I ever said or did the things Sr. has.

Granted sometimes on the show they possibly rush it to show how its done, you know, speed up the process. But the bikes on the show look smooth. And I dont doubt theres a warranty, if something breaks or becomes loose, get repairs
