@MrMasterDork I think the camera looks really good. Also have you seen the amount of vids DSP releases in one day? If he used a capture card or some other shit, he would have to edit and sync up each vid. Now DSP has other things to do in his life rather than sit at home all day and edit vids.

I could say FF7 has nothing bad about it, and be proven wrong instantly. I can see the flaws in it myself, those of its time and of now. FF13 has issues, lots of them, but it's still a good game. I will definitely defy your assertion that "graphics" are what make this game what it is - graphics shouldn't matter.

Several hours of tapping X and linearity aren't bad? You can't deny these things aren't present, and you can't say these things don't detract from the game.
In practically all other FF games you're moving your characters, scrolling through menus, and pressing X to select the most strategic options to net you the win.
NOT this game. You don't even have to look at the screen. Just keep a healer in the party, and as long as you're mashing X, the game automatically chooses the options for you.
FFXII was even more hands off then that, but at least it had really deep premeditative strategy.
@HatoburekaSutajio You have the option of using auto battle, hell sometimes the choices I make are better for the battle than the options under Auto Battle!

They are unrealistic and not relatable. Snow is an idiot that makes me want to punch him in the nuts, Lightning has no personality (Doesn't matter if she was a soldier), and Hope is a whiny bitch. The music is also repetitive. I have to agree that the graphics are stunning, no doubt, and the battle system is great. But that's it.

The game is interesting, best animation I've scene (but I wouldn't know) the story line caught my attention, but the only thing you really due is fight creatures and level up so you can defeat other creatures to get on with the story, and that doesn't mean that fighting monsters becomes any easier. It just becomes harder and harder to the point it took me (at least) days to get forward. I finally gave up on waiting (with brake coming to an end) and came upon your entertaining videos. thanks

It probably would've been better if every character didn't act like I should just automatically know what's going on, I mean, is it so bad to fill a player in on the story, or hell, maybe use commonly known words instead of random ass words just made up?

@sorahearts325 story is bad, very bad. gameplay is ok. graphics shouldnt be the 1st thing u praise about a game, it makes u seem like a graphics-whore. music s ok. english voice acting is terrible at times. its not really a final fantasy game anymore. play lost odyssey instead.

@sorahearts325 Since it is an opinion, I technically can't prove you wrong. However, I can point out that the story is weak and unappealing, as are the characters. They are unrealistic and not relatable. Snow is an idiot that makes me want to punch him in the nuts, Lightning has no personality (Doesn't matter if she was a soldier), and Hope is a whiny bitch. The music is also repetitive. I have to agree that the graphics are stunning, no doubt, and the battle system is great. But that's it.

The game is interesting, best animation I've scene (but I wouldn't know) the story line caught my attention, but the only thing you really due is fight creatures and level up so you can defeat other creatures to get on with the story, and that doesn't mean that fighting monsters becomes any easier. It just becomes harder and harder to the point it took me (at least) days to get forward. I finally gave up on waiting (with brake coming to an end) and came upon your entertaining videos. thanks

FF13 was actually a quite awesome game.The only bad thing is that there was almost no free roam.Oh and I didn't really like the battle system.Hopefully Square is going back to the roots someday.
