this song is incredible. heard it many times but just got to see the video. incredible how the images work with the mood. when the woman in red stands up to dance at the first chorus - the video energizes. Doves are so incredibly gifted.

most underrated band of all time,they should be headlining festivals not supporting inferior acts .maybe one day they will get recognition they deserve,so many great songs but for me one of those days stands out on its own .

"Rise" is definitely my favourite Doves song. Its so underrated, its so psychedelic and its so out of this world. Unbelievable that Doves isnt more recognized!

Lady Gaga gets 182 million views. Doves gets only 3000... Something is pretty fucked up in the society which we live in. But in some kind of weird way, it makes Doves even more magical. And it makes me even prouder to be in their fan base.

@olavm91 You are truly correct about that...but I believe that if Doves with their music gets too famous maybe they woouldn't be the same after that...so I prefer to hear their songs with a low community of people that also like it rather than in the case o music that everybody's listening and cames boring and superficial....This song is AMAZING!

Another beautiful, meaningful and melodic song from THE DOVES. I love the movement in their music. The sound of their vocals add a layer that is very unique. Looking forward to hearing more.

I actually like the more recent sound of the Doves better than their earlier albums. They sound much more layered, complex and mature now. ALL of their work has been superb, though. Great song, guys!

Good song, but I like Doves best when they're more spacious sounding. A little bit of silence always made their music soar and I'm talking about their first two albums. Their sound is becoming increasingly claustrophobic lately. What I really really still expect from them is another production in the "Cedar Room" vein.
