  • @MaharlikaAWA yea but this is the first time i saw him eat it. my dad just slurps the duck and swallows the duck hole

  • im filipino and im grossed out

  • wow you are amazing, well done, but can i just correct you there no offence but we pronounce it as BALOT not BALUT but i know it is spelled as BALUT. It doesn't really matter, but just to let you know. :D

  • TWO THUMBS UP to you my man!

  • Amazing... :-)

  • It is more natural than viagra, safer and hotter!!!

You do not have to call a doctor if it stays more than 4 hours.

  • HAHAHA I LOVE BALUT!!

  • :D well all I can Say is that you're the Best ,.... ahha I'm a Filipino but i do not eat balut...

  • Kuya! 'di mo sinawsaw sa asin!

  • proud of you doug!...

  • yees! i like you kuya! thank you for appreciating our Filipino culture..i think Koreans mostly are the ones who are racist...lol

  • @khanki0912 LOL that might be true but Koreans are the new white guys now with Filipinos obsessed with their weirdo music and cartoons.

  • @MaharlikaAWA nyah! i'm not one of those obsessed with their weirdo music,i dont understand it.but they're cute.haha! i was an english teacher for Koreans.there was once when we filipino english teachers had a pronunciation discussion with the native speakers, who are also teachers there,of course we don't have the perfect pronunciation and super effortless english like you native speakers.hehe they understand us that it's how we were born.:D

  • @MaharlikaAWA mannnn not all filipino but mostly ppl in luzon they love foreign culture not like people from visayas and mindanao

  • @khanki0912 And you are welcome!

  • yees! i like you kuya! thank you for appreciating our Filipino culture..

  • AWESOOOOOMMMEEEE!!!!!!

  • nice man this is the first video i watched with a american person trying to eat the balut without taking sooooooooo long

    (;

  • @pokepinoy Thank you for realizing why i ate it so fast. I think those americans are so weak and annoying. I cant stand their maarte attitudes. Just eat the dang thing or dont eat it!!

  • @MaharlikaAWA you paired it with Rice!? how's that taste like?

anyways it yummy but have to admit it's looks, not so pleasant

  • @bluekingkongkymm Did I pair it with rice? I think I just gor random Filipino food and some of it had rice as a side so I ate the rice seperate. And yes it is masarap. Dont fear the looks of it. Eat everything its all made by God for us to eat.

  • man you are fucking epic! Your the best dude ever.. Thanks for liking Filipino Culture!

    Mabuhay!

  • @sebastianthegreat2 Thanks man! If you like my videos watch them all and thumbs them up! Also there are a lot of white guys acting like they are down with filipinos but they are just dorks trying to get popular somewhere or get laid with filipinas. Look on the video list on the right, I think we know which ones im talking about.

  • don't eat the eggshell. ^_^

  • You make me hungry ='(

  • Can't stand the sight of that unborn chick but i get fascinated with people who eat it. And foreigners eating it is hilarious!

  • @Raiisagani Ya? Well im the best foreigner who has eaten it!!! And you know it because the others just whine and complain about how it looks and act like babies or just pretentious jerks. I for one eat it like a man with gusto.

  • @MaharlikaAWA Had my white american friend have one of those out in Boracay, i swear he didn't like it. I think its mostly the thought or sight of that duckling. BTW, did ya know they also have this same balut in Vietnam. They selling it as street food too but it's not famous like in the Philippines.

  • @Raiisagani Ya but didnt it originate in the Philippines? I think southeast asian countries have similar foods and take from each other. The first time I had it was in La Mirada California (L.A. area) and it was at a Filipino restaurant and it was good!

  • @MaharlikaAWA U.S balut sucks, not fresh like in the philippines, u know that there's a certain time or day that u can eat it?i'm here in Cali too!

  • @totoynani143 I dont live in Cali anymore unfortunately. I am currently in Alabama. What time of day do you eat balut?

Also the USA balut tasted fine. It seemed fresh to me but I dont know I only had it once in the US. In the philippines I had it a few times like at least 4 and it was always good.

  • @Raiisagani Thanks!

  • @MaharlikaAWA You just want to convert a bunch of gullible Filipinos into born-again Christianity. Soon, bible bashers will roam the streets of Manila with both bible and gun in hand. Sad.

  • @0vids Really? so by me eating balut it means that I am trying to create people who carry bibles and guns in the streets in Manila? And how do you figure this?

  • @MaharlikaAWA don't mind 0vids he has his brain in his balls. keep up what your doing man.. :-)

  • @gabriell16bishop Haha I know! Thanks man!

  • i especially like the crunchy bits

  • dude, any foreigner that eats/like balut is fine with me! :)

used to eat that everday as a kid..

  • Your Cool!

  • @LaraLoonLoveCATS You're cool too!

  • I hope Bear Grylls is watching this!

  • @pcorf Really? Who is that again?

  • @MaharlikaAWA An english guy who does a survival show named Man vs Wild, how to survive harsh environments.

  • well..we love to sip the liquid inside the egg..we call it "sabaw" hehe... it tastes better with salt or vinegar.. and my favorite is the yellow part and the duckling.. i really don't eat the white part coz it has no taste at all.. I love balut! :)

  • @TraxexAlleria21 Really? I like eggs so I eat it all.

  • @MaharlikaAWA then u could also try "itlog na maalat" or "itlog na pula"...I don't know if other countries have it but since u mentioned u like eggs..u could give it a try.. with tomatoes.. yum! :)

  • @TraxexAlleria21 What are those things? Eggs are okay but im not like really crazy about it.

  • @MaharlikaAWA lol. im not saying that you're crazy about eggs or something..im just suggesting a food that u may want to try to eat next time u get hungry.. :P

  • @TraxexAlleria21 What exactly are the eggs you are telling me about?

  • @MaharlikaAWA it's the salted eggs..we call it maalat na itlog / itlog na pula.. we usually eat it for breakfast with fresh tomatoes... :)

  • @drenzykcul I was hungry and i wanted to make a short video and not waste time for 20 minutes talking about balut like other dorks on youtube who think its gross.

  • That's it! I'm craving!

  • Thumbs up! =)

  • hahaha...I have no idea! sometimes I wonder about that too! why not be nationalistic and choose "yellow" like our president's favorite color??? Hahaha

  • ...it's made of flour, water, beaten eggs, some salt and pepper and of course, the orange food color...hahaha (I think this is it---I don't know if they add any other "magic" ingredient to it!)

  • @TheSupergoddess77 So why do the filipinos like orange colored batter so much?

  • BRAVO!!! You should also try the ODOC or "One Day Old Chicks" (NO, they're not actual girls---for those who are malicious and reading this) They're really a day old chicks on sticks...sometimes they dip them in "orange" batter and then fry them to perfection...you have to dip 'em in vinegar with very hot chili

  • @TheSupergoddess77 wow!! One day old baby ducks!!! Amazing. I like the ornage colored batter its cool what is it made out of?

  • Mr. Maharlika... WOW! So brave!

  • @JlugayIV Its really not that scarey!

  • you gotta put some salt and spicy vinegar!!some few tips

  • @TkY4m4stAx Personally im not big into extra salt but sometimes I use vinager.

  • @JhengKatJr Ya if I get rich and get to travel a lot I would.
