Mr. Griswold says that immigration has not increased the population - er, correction, has not increased the rate of growth of the population. The fact is that the population has doubled from its ideal of 150 million in the middle of the last century.
His reference to squatters in the 19th century is ridiculous. There was no welfare, no tax, and a small population.
He ignores the crime rate, not of aliens, but of their children.
