PART 2 My point is we don't have a cause so it's like a stagger through the dark to try and find something that works. I aso tried olive leaf extract as someone I knew hailed that as their cure. So I would like to believe you when you say we have these deficiences in common, but if so then why is a different drug or different vitamins working for different people?
It's great that it's worked for you, but I haven't had the same success. I've had FMS for 6 years i'm now 25 and I find because the cause is unknown I have gone from a bunch of natropaths, chinese medicine pract, and a range of prescription meds. I have taken vitamins b and d, my natropath told me that vit a was perhaps deficient so I tried that but haven't my sucessful formula. I take a herbal mix and probiotic because otherwise I wouldn't go to the toilet for a week so it helps for that.
It is wonderful the you went natural and stuck with it until it resolved your issues. We as naturopathic consultants are always happy to hear such life changing stories.
I am trying this out. I still have some mild pain flares and soreness but what I notice most is that I am not so tired. I have rough days but they are not as bad or often. I feel more energy.
@madmravyn This worked for me. I have more energy, flares are easily managed with OTC pain meds like Aleve, Tylenol. Only extreme stress makes me flare. I don't feel like my old self, but I feel LOADS better. Been almost 2 months since I started.
Ive tryed this with the high level aof these vitamins but it hasnt worked for me. but you may be onto something concerning the vitamins and sleep helping. I have a bad H pylori atomache infection, that has not been cleared by meds and am in constant stomache pain and inflamation which are very linked to me fibro symptoms, and mmabe be causing malabsorbtion. there has also been a recent study showing a link between H Pylori adn Fibro. also a link to sleep apnea and Fibro.
Hey, thanx for posting this. It gives me, and I'm sure others, some hope that we don't have to live with this nasty 'disease' if we just be a little proactive like you have been with your symptoms. Congratulations for going off all that 'crap' and for finding other things that actually work. I'm gonna try them all :) I wish you continued improved health and hope you make a full recovery and never have to use that cane again. Thanks again!!
my doctor wants me on cymbalta as i am struggling, so is it ok to take cymbalta & still take all of your supplements, & is cymbalta the only med u r still on ? thank god for the internet we realy need to be here for each other : )
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia recently and i am on Oxycontin lyrica cymbalta. I too have had enough of this prescription junk that I've been taking. The problem is that I am addicted to Oxycontin after having been on it for five months now. I am sad an angry that I let myself take it at all despite instinctively knowing the risks. Do u have any suggestions as to how I can transition from the prescriptions and switch to your recommended supplements instead?
@benjamin1858 I understand. That stuff is very addictive, and the doctors give it out like candy. The truth is, I think they don't know what else to do. I gotta tell ya, my first thought was to tell you that maybe you should ask your doctor to send you to physical therapy. I start going today, because I've been struggling again. Maybe if they give you an activity prescription, you can rebuild your body some. When you take drugs like that..you can lose muscle mass. cont..
italian stallionette i find this so interesting i am in emmence pain & agree with you that meds dont work. but i have tryed magnesium umpteen times & seem to get migranes from it (strange i know) i know meds arent the answer but struggling to find other ways : ( think ill get vit d levels checked also , gratefull for any help you can give at a realy dark place right now x

@ratiug75 I get a Vitamin D prescription before each cold season. This helps avoid the numerous side effects we have from our vit D being drained during colder months. Also, we need vit D for our bones, so you don't want that to get too low. A doctor can do a blood test to check yours. Do you know what your levels are?
@ratiug75 Haven't got my level checked but i have been taking vitamin d between 3000 - 5000 iu's since november. It does seem to help with muscle recovery and fatigue. Just started to take the b complex you recomended and that seems to be helping too. I get these tender points all over the place though still, but i'm not in very much pain really. Thank god!!!! I guess men can get fibromyalgia too.
I loved your video.I have suffered from Fibro for many years and did all the guinnea pig medications.I know I should take vitamins but what to take and how much has been very confusing.I'm going to try your regimen.I'll get back to you and let you know how it went. Thanks!Toriv
We have a family friend who says she was miraculously healed of this. Through prayer and belief. In Almighty God. I advised her I had heard of a teaching of becoming the ruler over an affliction.
Got "fibro"? Do yourself a favor and check your medical records to see if you'd taken Cipro, Levaquin, Avelox or any other quinolone antibiotics in the weeks or months prior to your symptoms arising. Doctors give out these terribly poisonous drugs like they're candy, and they are known to cause DELAYED REACTIONS that mimic fibro symptoms nearly perfectly. Because of this delay in reaction time, many people never make the connection between the drugs and their new mysterious health problems.
@ItalianStallionette You have no idea. I've been bedridden for 17 months now because of 12 Cipro pills given to me in October of 2009. My previously healthy body is utterly DESTROYED. Quinolone antibiotics are suicide in a pill, only worse because they don't actually kill you...they just cripple your body and then leave you like that!
I really want to thank you for making this video. I've been suffering since I was 16, and I'm now 24 yrs. It took the docs such a long time to figure out what was wrong. I have other medical issues as well, but they are under control. Just the fybro has prevented me from leading a normal teen-adult life. People I thought were my friends left me 'cause of it. I've been searching for ways to get relief for SO long as nothin helps. My mom suffers from this too. Just thank you so much for sharing.
5000 IU of Vit. D is not overdosing. My dad has a Vit. D. deficiency and he takes 50,000 IU prescribed a week. It is good to get all of your vit. levels checked if you can get your doctor to do it and then you will most likely find you are low in at least one. Just that can cause lots of suffering and sickness. I take the 5000 IU once I found out that Vit. D deficiency causes widespread pain and tiredness. It has made a real difference for me. If you are less well in winter than summer - Vit D
Hi............I have seen ur video and bought the nature made products. I keep getting pains in the upper part of my back ........from neck to shoulder blades. I would like to ask you that if you could tell me for how long to take the vitamins . I would be happy if you could give ur email ID...................thanks alot.
Thank you so much for making this video.... I was just recently diagnosed and I was feeling completely hopeless until I just came across your video. I will be going to the health food store to buy the products that helped you to see if I can benefit as well.
@germanicelt: Ashwaganda and Guto kola are excellent for tissue repair. We actually had a complete naturopathic approach for this and other conditions.
@HEVNAWE I make Ashwaganda tea sometimes, and am now growing Gotu Kola so I can have it fresh. I've learned that Nettle and Burdock are also very good for tissue repair so I'm about to start growing them up now to help me heal from an injury almost a year old. I think Fibromyalgia is ultimately caused by acidity build up in the tissues. A long fruit fast with herbs will cure it. Just look up what Dr Robert Morse has to say on the subject.
would it be possible for you to tell me how many milligrams of the pills you take. I understand that you take calcium with zinc, magnesium and vit D but how many milligrams of each vitamin are there in a each table and how much of the vitamin "Bs are you taking?? thanks.
I have colitis, migraines, myalgia, and ibs.. All cured with the paleo diet. No red meat but just fish/seafood. No meds and living life to the fullest now :) everyone should do it!
@ItalianStallionette Nope! I only eat the veggies raw, all meat is cooked for safety reasons... No dressing either.. A head of romaine lettuce is satisfying for a snack :) Beef once a week. Mainly chicken pork, and some seafood. One rice cake for breakfast with sardines starts me for the day. Rest of carbs is from fruits... Your mind gets so clear its amazing, such good blood flow too. And a nice drive if ya know what i mean ;)
@wordey123 Tell me about this diet! I'm so tired of making my family deal with "mommy's not feeling good." I hate fish and seafoods in general, but I'm willing to try anything at this point!
@justhemomma Try paleo diet. High fruit and veg and moderate meat consumption with no grains at all... And if that doesnt help at all, try a gluten free, high rice, low fat, low protein diet...
Thank you for posting! I got as fed up as you did with the western medical establishment and took myself off of lyrica and cymbalta as well. I am seeing a Naturopath Doctor now and treating my FM with supplements and doing a Candida detox. Thank you soooo much for being a voice on the internet for us suffering with this and looking for alternative treatments!
Hi all...watch Dr. Whiting's video's on Candida and Fibromyalgia. They are very good and helpful. You can actually give him a call and ask questions. He was very helpful for us in finding out about my husband's condition with Candida. Isn't amazing how the Internet is becoming a better medical resource than your own doctor you are paying your hard earned money to to give you a another pill...for what???? do your medical homework...it will pay off in the end. I am here to help if needed. Donna
tracy--- you will want to stop taking Lyrica if all possible! Lyrica will cause more side effect problems than the benefit. It also alters the brain chemistry causing sudden spouts of depression and suicidal thoughts along with a 100 other side effects. Email me for more info on this. Also take 5-HTP, herbal Skullcap and Valerian Root with 3mg of Melatonin at night to increase seritonin levels in the brain and reverse insomnia. Cheers! Donna
Your video is the best one I have ever seen on Fibro. thank you so much for the details, showing the vits, your positive attitude and encouragement is just wonderful. Melatonin as far as I know just is a natural way to help with sleep but you have to take it in cycles to trick your body to not become accustom to it. I take it for 2 or 3 weeks and then tylonal pm 2 or 3 weeks and back to mel. again. Lyrica causes huge weight gain and I would love to one day be able to not take it.
BTW Tracy---raw milk will cure autism in most all children. I have done numerous amount of research on this subject and have found most all studies agree and have reversed autism using raw milk. Do you have access to a local farmer near by? If not visit ours cd farm.net. ( no space between d and f for link.) We are all natural organic farm. We plan on providing raw milk next summer when we have dairy cows. Donna
Tracy- do you have an email address where I can email you the Candida test as an attachment and doctor's phone number? I am unsure if you tube allows to upload attachments. Anyone else needing this...please feel free to email me me as well and request info. Thanks~ Donna
Get on Candida diet. goto "the whole approach" website and click on Candida diet. Paste that on your frig and follow diligently. No sugar and yeast!!! Also there is a Candida test you can take to determine if you have Candida and it if it localized or systemic. BUT you should see a doctor to get skin tested to know for sure. The Candida test will determine if you need further testing. I will email you the test and provide you our doctor's number so he can refer a doctor to you in your area.
Have you been checked for systemic Candida? It has the same symptoms of Fibromyalgia. Get rid of Candida and you will be rid of Fibromyalgia. I am a nurse, found all of this wrong with my husband. Your and his symptoms seem to be similar. Email for more info if I can help further. Cheers! Donna
@donnadohogne Thanks Donna, actually I am looking into the candida connection right now. You are so right.. Tell me any tips on what to take and what to avoid. I am looking into finding a dr. for this and getting tested next week. Also going to start coconut milk, threelak, and other herbs to help with this for me and for my daughter with high func. autism. Thanks for the tip!!!
@carla1962 You can get 5 thousand units a day at the local drug store too if you find that 1000 units is not helping enough. That is what I take, exp in winter:)
Also I have just watched your other videos. Either you never had it, or it was incredibly
minute. My mother is rarely well enough to get out of beds most days, never mind make youtube vids. Active ones at that... Violin playing? Any sufferer would be crippled afterwords.
@UndeadOnWifi I was bedridden for over a year and needed full time help at home and my husband had to leave his job for 3 months to take care of me and our four children. If I did walk it was with a cane and only a max of about 10 to 20 steps. I am now feeling so much better years later. Though I am in bed today. Most days I am not laid out any more. But I understand your pain. I am really sorry about what has happened with your mom. My kids had such a hard time when I was at my worst. Take care
Thanks for trying but it's not as easy as you make it sound.
I personally have not had fibromyalgia but my mother is a 8 year sufferer.
Herbal treatments do NOT work, Exercise is almost impossible, leaving the sufferer crippled for days even weeks afterwords. My mother has been on SO many pills, Vitamin B, C, D tablets eh, didn't work at all. It might of worked for you but I don't see it working for many others.
@UndeadOnWifi tablets aren't the best resourch. It's been awhile since I've made this video, but I've found liquid to be much more efficient; however, they are more expensive.
I have received countless notes from people saying it worked. I'm not a doctor. I just made this video just in case I could help someone.
@KashME2007 Lyrica is not natural. I also just tried the new medication savallia sp? which did not help me much but for my friend made all the difference in the world. It is hard to sleep with it though so if you do take it you should get sleeping meds or meletonin with it. I also take cyclobensiprine sp? -not a vit. I am open to what ever brings me back to life so I can be a good mother to my kids and a good wife to my husband and live a full life. Thanks for your comment though.
I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the care of the medical profession to discover the cause and cure of this horrific condition without drugs, and am living proof you can cure this and take back your life. Symptoms are mistaken for the cause and treatments that help do not cure. Please, do not be discouraged by failed hope and keep going!!!

i'm tired of buying things that don't help and reading new information which leads to a dead end. I will try your advice on the zinc,b and d vits to see how it goes and will let you know. Thank you for making the video it has given me some hope in my bleak spot x
I find taking lots of tablets are the same as the tablets the doctor gave me, just that i bought them myself. I'm having a relaps at the moment and i'm really interested in how to treat it because my doctor is more interested in getting me out of her office than helping. I'm from the UK so they are happy to give me all the pain medication, tranquilizsers, muscle relaxers ect i need. I do believe diet has a huge impact and i know that vitamins too help but it's the right combination.
@Carlackie I don't know about zinc replacements. Has the doctor prescribed D for you? Maybe you can start taking it. I'm on it. You usually start taking it once per week for a month, then after a full month you take it once every 4 weeks. Vitamin D is a big problem if you can't get it from the sun. Most foods don't have enough in it. :(
@Carlackie Dear Carlackie, just do what you can one day at a time and keep moving forward. I am here to bring just a speck of hope in a dark diagnosis. I knew I felt like I was going to die for years, that no one could help me. But for the sake of my kids I kept going to new doctors, trying new things, researching online and today I am 95% better. It is a long hard road, my heart goes out to you. Do what you can do and press forward. My prayer is for your continued healing:)
@MrsNatc Sorry you're having a hard time finding a treatment that works. Did you drink the liquid B and exercise dialy? If you did drink the B, which brand? I'd still love to see if I can find something that can help you. I know how frustrating it is. take care.
Thanks for the video! Nutrition really is the key (plus exercise). ^_^ For me, all the problems stem from digestive problems, which throw everything else off balance.
This was a very inspiring video! I was diagnosed 2 years ago but I've had the symptoms for many years. I currently have 7 - yes 7 - prescription drugs and have just been put on an 8th. I take B vits but not Vit D so I shall buy some of that! I feel really awful most days and can't remember feeling properly well.
@ItalianStallionette....That would all depend upon where you live. If it's that good, you can just grow it indoors and produce the extract yourself. It's not that difficult. Look up Rick Simpson and his documentary 'Run from the Cure'. That's how I found out about this stuff.
@germanicelt - "Rife machines" are pseduo-science. Anyone using one to try and claim they can cure medical issues with it should be arrested for fraud.
For some reason I can not post the webiste for the mucinex treatment . Just google Dr. St Armand's website for fibromalgia and you should be able to find his website and treatment.
Hi all...has anyone heard of the cure for Fibromaygia also being Mucinex which is Gauifenesin. Hy husband was recently diagnosed with Fibro about 3 months ago thanks for my nursing degree and able to spot Fibro when I see it. It is autoimmune and if you can beat this...I believe at least you can.
Fibromyalgia is NOT an autoimmune disorder! There is no FDA or AMA approval of the use of the Guai protocal. There is no study that has shown Guai as a legitimate treatment for fibro. To date, there is not cure for fibro, and your post is just disrespectful to those of us who do have it. If you have a nursing degree, maybe you should go back to school and do some proper and legitimate research!
@donnadohogne I did the Guai Protocol for 10 months and I could not handle the pain cycling and I realized that I just didn't want to be on a chemical for the treatment of symptoms even if it's over the counter.
I also didn't like the fact that you have to avoid touching plants and I love being outdoors and in nature.

@phaedra528 I'm sorry you feel so angry. I have received numerous letters from people saying that this has helped them. Have you tried it? Imagine a life with less pain and suffering. You can get better. I don't offer a cure, but it will make you feel better. Best of luck to you. :)
I was diagnosed with Fibro about a week ago, but I'm not deficient in any vitamins. I'm vegan, I take extra B complex and D daily + get at least the daily requirements from food.
I'm glad you found something that works for you!
I'm considering going to raw foods only. I've read that it's worked for people with Fibro.
right now I'm on Cymbalta - I really don't like taking pills. AND they gave me Lexapro to offset the side effects of the Cymbalta : -/
@ItalianStallionette if you eat meat you will more than likely get enough Vit. B12, unless you have a problem with your intrinsic factor or have folate masking a possible B12 deficiency. Spend 15 minutes in the sun everyday(without sunscreen) and you're body will more than likely make plenty of Vit D. Nutrition is based off of factual information not quackery. All people's bodies are different. What may be working for you may not work for someone else.
Lyrica took me from crawling up stairs to running up stairs; from walking with a cane at 34 years old to walking miles. 5000 IU of Vit. D a day and exposing my skin to sun for 10 min. a day help tremendously. Vit. D. deficiency mimics same symptoms as Fibromyalgia. I limit my activities every day. I take Tylonol PM or Melatonin Vit. to sleep. I hope this helps your pain and suffering.
With all you've gone thru my comment was STUPID. Its just that Fibro is like living in a bad joke. Every morning is ground hog day,except.....
The only true thing for me is believing I will improve all the things I can control, mind, body, spirit connection. Also what ever helps, everyone responds different so try supplements, meds, good diet, whatever and don't stop until your satisfied. Im inspired by your zest for life. You are a great example of facing down illness and God Bless.
What if your blood tests show no vitamin deficencies? What if all your tests look wonderfully normal as you wince in pain getting into your car? I take mag but why take Bs and Ds if your well in normal levels?
Do not take 'normal levels' too seriously. What I'm trying to say is that blood levens that are considered normal vary in every country, and even in every hospital. While one hospital finds a minimum value of 75 ok, the other can have a minuum level of 25. Quite some doctors say 'Your blood values are perfectly fine' if your blood level is 26 and the minum is 25, while it indeed is in their range of good values, it is on the doubtful side, and in other hospitals it may be too low
the asshole below me needs to respect ppl with fibro its not a joke. my name is lydia. im only 15 years old. last year on june 22nd i went to my rheumetologist and she asked me questions for over 30 mins. and finally cane to the conclusion of FMS..ever since then i had to quit regular school. no friends no life no nothing. im off all my pain meds and sleepings meds but still cant find enough releif to want to wake up. im DEFINATELY going to go get some of that stuff and try it out :) thanks :)
Lydia, I feel sorry for your pain. I imagine how it is cause' I was diagnosed with FM 2 years ago. But since the middle of last year FM has practically dissapeared. What I did was to see a naturist, a doctor that believes in natural remedies. First of all I had to start eating healthy, more veggies, fidh and chicken. No red meat. Blood tests revealed I had excess iron in my body and low vitamin D.
We are all vitamin liquor deficient as well. We need to drink more liquor. Pain miraculously disappears on vitamin liquor. Or at least you forget the next day that you were in pain in the first place. Wonderful stuff. *hic*
I have had FMS most of my life. I am am 33, and was almost at the point of not being able to work and function like a productive member of society. I haven't been able to afford medications for my pain, because of the lack of insurance. I found this video and decided that i would give the vitamins a try. That was 4 months ago. I don't think I've felt this good since I was a kid. I still have pain at times, but nothing like it was. Also, the morning stiffness is rare. Thank you so MUCH!
I saw your video, I think that the information that you gave us is real. I've been taking all those natural medicine for almost five years and I am not taking any kind of drugs; I am taking Yoga classes and I think this is the lid of the jar, because Yoga improves my flexibility and it helps me to sleep better, using the yoga breathing. Yoga is painful because we have to strech our muscles that they are tight, but at the end of the class, I feel more energy and I can sleep better.
i had restless leg, and i have pain in my legs for more than an hour, i dont know how to describe the pain, its awful, dont desire fibromy... on anybody
Hi Rosalva, I started yesterday a new natural medicine called Boswellia, I know that being natural medicine is gona take a couple of months, but if I have any improvement I'll let you know.
i tried the vitamins by nature made, the ones in your video, with magnesium and zinc and calcium with vitamin D, and i felt better......thank God, but i dont put my hopes high, but in the mean time 7 days and i guess im doing better with vitamin D and Magnesium.....im happy :o) i could walk now
hi i saw your film, have tryed all the vitamins and supliments. i have stopped one of the drugs the doctor gave me. i feel fantastic, i sleep, i have no pain and i dont get that awful horrible tired feeling i used to get. one thing though, i had a coil fitted 5 yrs ago, the marrena coil. i had a reaction to it, was told that was nomal. now i think that had a conection to me getting fibromyalgia. i had it removed a month or so ago. also my diet has changed. what ever it is its working
I tried chiropracty, massage, epidurals, exercise, etc. If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or WHATEVER it may be, there is a really great read called "Healing Back Pain" by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT "about" anatomy in general. You can google his name, they probably have the book at your local library. P.S. I've had 2 discectomies in the past - didn't know better, and...yeah, it's a really worthwhile read.
If you look at the left side of your face in the mirror you will see that your face is swelled up more than the right side.Have a dentist check you for a dental infection that i bet you have. The bacteria piss & shit from these infections drains into our body causing FMS symptons.
THANK YOU......i have had fibermialgia for long long time.......but have never recieved any relief i'm going to do this.......thank you for sharing!!!
Wrong Vitamin D!!! Vitamin D suppresses the immune system. One will feel better for a period of a few years then will feel worse!! Check the Marshall Protocol
Half of this is wrong. Vitamin D has NOTHING to do with Absorption of Vitamin Bs, (check Methylation)
Fibromyalgia is caused by thyroid hormone dysregulation, infections (viral bacterial, yeast), and also multiple vitamin and mineral deficiences.
I highly doubt one would get better on just these supplements.
I'll have to agree with kruseman, I did the highly dangerous vitamin doses and improved greatly, but never was cured, vit d does nothing for me, also did the ice water then hot water-helped, do the diet-helps, fasts-nothing, teasel root-helps, I refused the morphine implant.
I would go with the vitamin route it helps, I have a strong feeling that this woman didn't have fibro or only just started having it, that would mean it will return with a vengeance.
Thanks for your encouraging words. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I am interested in trying what you are doing. I went to the health food store to get the brand names that you are trying and I could not find them but i found some other brand names. I was wondering if you would be so kind to tell me how many milligrams of each vitamin for each dosing you are taking during the day.
I have just been diagnosed and am so happy to come across your post. I am Vitamin D deficient but not sure about the rest, tomorrow I'm off to the health store. Thank you so much.
I got news for you I am not deficient in any of those vitamins you mentioned or any other vitamin, mineral or aminoacid and I still have the pain, the chronic fatigue and overlapping conditions. I have tried all those natural options and none of them work for me. You must be taking something you're not tell us about.
I am gehörlos. Unfortunate that I cannot hear, what you said. I have Fibromyalgie. Backdue. I had it already 1996. That was very bad. I got magnetic field therapy with nodding. It healed me. That was a dream. 2008 the relapse, becomes only worse. I have a baby, I don`t take medicine. That is very hard. How it continues to go, I do not know. Can you write me, what you said in the film?
I am deaf. Unfortunate that I cannot hear, what you said. I have Fibromyalgie. Backdue. I had it already 1996. That was very bad. I got magnetic field therapy with nodding. It healed me. When I saw your video, I started to cry. Finally, there was some hope for me. I am definitely going to go out and get those vitamins and I pray that they will help me as much as they have helped you. Thank you so much for the info!
very interesting hun..i will get these from my health shop and will try it,i live in england but i guess they have the same products!!! thanks for your video,,,:)
It is so nice to see someone with your courage to get away from the drugs and take responsibility for themselves and begin healing. Another aspect behind the healing process you may want consider looking into is finding the emotional pain or trauma that is behind your dis-ease. Louise Hay and EFT by Gary Craig and Echart Tolle are great resources. Think mind, body and spirit when it comes to healing.
I am on 2 antidepressants, muscle relaxers, hydrocodone, morhine, andTrazodone (for sleep). I am ready to try anything also. I had at one time, taken CoQ10 and Selenium, was feeling really good, but stopped. I'm going to try your way naturally, then see if I feel better. Does anyone else have trouble with excessive sweating? Any ideas as how to stop it?
Hi there, just noticed your post about sweating, I thought I was the only one with Fibro. that has this problem!! It's ridiculous how much I sweat, after a shower it's like I didn't shower! Is yours any better since this post was 2months ago? I'm on a vitamin/supplement program that includes the ones she is taking. It's been 4 months on this Dr.'s program, found him online. I'm slightly better with my fatigue but he is still trying to help me with the severe pain, doing more testing.feelbetter:)
hey this is great i've just been given a probable diagnosis of fybromyalga..so i just want to break it down its vit b complex magnesium vit d, and 5 htp? am i missing anything else? i think your great..i've lost all my bubblyness and excitment for life thats what i miss the most and you look so happy!!
The fourth kind of medication you tried to mention, was it Temazepam? Because thats a benzodiazepine , and very addictive. You also could try some inositol to go with that 5-htp.
Omg, Iam so glad you made your video, I have been so ill with fibromyalgia & depression for the last 3 years. But! now pain free, thanks to you. I have been taking 5htp for 1 month now and Iam off my Anti D's. I have not felt this good in years. So thankyou so much for making my life so much better to live.
I'm a little confused about when to take all the vitamins etc....I received my shipment earlier this week but feel like I'm eating nothing but vitamins/minerals.
I absolutely will. I think it'll be good. A while back, I got myself on a regular vitamin taking schedule. Not this specific combo' that she recommends, but others. I did feel some difference. Greetings stallion yer adorable u remind me of myself teehee im almost 27 and ive been 2 years diagnosed at first as u know came all the tests and meds i began lyrica last year and they upped me from 350 to 450 mg within a month i was in pain rolling on the floor and throwing up i soon realized it must have been the raised dose soi lowered it back down and after another 3 wks of i spose detox pains in my stomach i was well again.
PART 2 My point is we don't have a cause so it's like a stagger through the dark to try and find something that works. I aso tried olive leaf extract as someone I knew hailed that as their cure. So I would like to believe you when you say we have these deficiences in common, but if so then why is a different drug or different vitamins working for different people?
heartfullofwine 1 day ago
It's great that it's worked for you, but I haven't had the same success. I've had FMS for 6 years i'm now 25 and I find because the cause is unknown I have gone from a bunch of natropaths, chinese medicine pract, and a range of prescription meds. I have taken vitamins b and d, my natropath told me that vit a was perhaps deficient so I tried that but haven't my sucessful formula. I take a herbal mix and probiotic because otherwise I wouldn't go to the toilet for a week so it helps for that.

I am trying this out. I still have some mild pain flares and soreness but what I notice most is that I am not so tired. I have rough days but they are not as bad or often. I feel more energy.
madmravyn 4 months ago in playlist madmravyn's Favorited Videos
@madmravyn This worked for me. I have more energy, flares are easily managed with OTC pain meds like Aleve, Tylenol. Only extreme stress makes me flare. I don't feel like my old self, but I feel LOADS better. Been almost 2 months since I started.
madmravyn 3 months ago
Ive tryed this with the high level aof these vitamins but it hasnt worked for me. but you may be onto something concerning the vitamins and sleep helping. I have a bad H pylori atomache infection, that has not been cleared by meds and am in constant stomache pain and inflamation which are very linked to me fibro symptoms, and mmabe be causing malabsorbtion. there has also been a recent study showing a link between H Pylori adn Fibro. also a link to sleep apnea and Fibro.

Congratulations for going off all that 'crap' and for finding other things that actually work.
Thanks for sharing.
benjamin1858 10 months ago
@benjamin1858 I understand. That stuff is very addictive, and the doctors give it out like candy. The truth is, I think they don't know what else to do. I gotta tell ya, my first thought was to tell you that maybe you should ask your doctor to send you to physical therapy. I start going today, because I've been struggling again. Maybe if they give you an activity prescription, you can rebuild your body some. When you take drugs like that..you can lose muscle mass. cont..

How much vitamin d are you taking?
ratiug75 11 months ago
@ratiug75 I get a Vitamin D prescription before each cold season. This helps avoid the numerous side effects we have from our vit D being drained during colder months. Also, we need vit D for our bones, so you don't want that to get too low. A doctor can do a blood test to check yours. Do you know what your levels are?
ItalianStallionette 10 months ago
@ratiug75 Haven't got my level checked but i have been taking vitamin d between 3000 - 5000 iu's since november. It does seem to help with muscle recovery and fatigue. Just started to take the b complex you recomended and that seems to be helping too. I get these tender points all over the place though still, but i'm not in very much pain really. Thank god!!!! I guess men can get fibromyalgia too.

Because of this delay in reaction time, many people never make the connection between the drugs and their new mysterious health problems.
papatoony 1 year ago
@papatoony I just read about this. I had no idea the amount of harm that can happen from antibiotics. You're very right!
ItalianStallionette 10 months ago
@ItalianStallionette You have no idea. I've been bedridden for 17 months now because of 12 Cipro pills given to me in October of 2009. My previously healthy body is utterly DESTROYED. Quinolone antibiotics are suicide in a pill, only worse because they don't actually kill you...they just cripple your body and then leave you like that!

I really want to thank you for making this video. I've been suffering since I was 16, and I'm now 24 yrs. It took the docs such a long time to figure out what was wrong.

Just look up what Dr Robert Morse has to say on the subject.

tracy--- you will want to stop taking Lyrica if all possible! Cheers! Donna
donnadohogne 1 year ago
Your video is the best one I have ever seen on Fibro. thank you so much for the details, showing the vits, your positive attitude and encouragement is just wonderful. Melatonin as far as I know just is a natural way to help with sleep but you have to take it in cycles to trick your body to not become accustom to it. I take it for 2 or 3 weeks and then tylonal pm 2 or 3 weeks and back to mel. again. Lyrica causes huge weight gain and I would love to one day be able to not take it.

Cheers! Donna

Take care
tracytalks2u 1 year ago
Thanks for trying but it's not as easy as you make it sound.
I personally have not had fibromyalgia but my mother is a 8 year sufferer.
Herbal treatments do NOT work, Exercise is almost impossible, leaving the sufferer crippled for days even weeks afterwords. My mother has been on SO many pills, Vitamin B, C, D tablets eh, didn't work at all. It might of worked for you but I don't see it working for many others.
UndeadOnWifi 1 year ago
@UndeadOnWifi tablets aren't the best resourch. It's been awhile since I've made this video, but I've found liquid to be much more efficient; however, they are more expensive.
I have received countless notes from people saying it worked. I'm not a doctor. I just made this video just in case I could help someone.

I find taking lots of tablets are the same as the tablets the doctor gave me, just that i bought them myself. :(

Lyrica took me from crawling up stairs to running up stairs; from walking with a cane at 34 years old to walking miles. 5000 IU of Vit.

I take mag but why take Bs and Ds if your well in normal levels?
joseyl100 2 years ago
@joseyl100

@lydialunacy

@lydialunacy
What I mean by "naturist" is a doctor who practices natural medicine; it's also called alternative medicine.

Hi Rosalva:
I know the way you feel.
My recomendation is to keep you busy, try do not think in pain, the less movement that you have, the more pain you are gona have.
yasiteac1 2 years ago
Hi Rosalva, I started yesterday a new natural medicine called Boswellia, I know that being natural medicine is gona take a couple of months, but if I have any improvement I'll let you know.

From Fibro Hell Michelle, I realize I have have my entire life. Your misinformation is that it is in your head!
No not that way! Your brain can no longer send signals
to control your pain. Realize we ALL have different
pain levels. I have A long story & only recorded some of it. I coped until my last wreck when A Jaguar kicked
my Harley's ASS! I broke my left side all the way down but
was able to save my GIRL , she wasn't hurt. I have tried
Fasts, vitamins, ALL and nothing works!
mcertonio 2 years ago 2
If you look at the left side of your face in the mirror you will see that your face is swelled up more than the right side.Have a dentist check you for a dental infection that i bet you have. The bacteria piss & shit from these infections drains into our body causing FMS symptons.

By the way I have CFS which goes hand and hand with Fibro and have seen multiple docs and am getting better.
Please guys check out the book From Fatigued to Fantastic. It has saved my life.
Again Vitamin D is actually a steroid somewhat similiar to cortisone.
There are several different Fibro and Fatigue centers in the US that can help you guys.
kruseman44 2 years ago
Wrong Vitamin D!!! Vitamin D suppresses the immune system. One will feel better for a period of a few years then will feel worse!! Check the Marshall Protocol
Half of this is wrong. Vitamin D has NOTHING to do with Absorption of Vitamin Bs, (check Methylation)
Fibromyalgia is caused by thyroid hormone dysregulation, infections (viral bacterial, yeast), and also multiple vitamin and mineral deficiences.
I highly doubt one would get better on just these supplements.
kruseman44 2 years ago

I was wondering if you would be so kind to tell me how many milligrams of each vitamin for each dosing you are taking during the day.
thanks.

Sherrillbarrel 2 years ago
Hi there, just noticed your post about sweating, I thought I was the only one with Fibro. that has this problem!! It's ridiculous how much I sweat, after a shower it's like I didn't shower! Is yours any better since this post was 2months ago? I'm on a vitamin/supplement program that includes the ones she is taking. It's been 4 months on this Dr.'s program, found him online. I'm slightly better with my fatigue but he is still trying to help me with the severe pain, doing more testing.feelbetter:)

The fourth kind of medication you tried to mention, was it Temazepam? Because thats a benzodiazepine , and very addictive. You also could try some inositol to go with that 5-htp.

I absolutely will. I think it'll be good. A while back, I got myself on a regular vitamin taking schedule. Not this specific combo' that she recommends, but others. I did feel some difference. I slacked off taking them regularly... and now that I've heard her testimony I'm totally going to dive into it. Lets hope for the best. Good luck to you!
