@juanmora19910209 I think you're confusing "healthy" with "conforming to a narrow television aesthetic". There are lots of different kinds of healthy body types. Just because a St. Bernard doesn't look like a greyhound doesn't mean it's unhealthy. Remember 10 years ago or so when David Letterman had emergency quintuple bypass surgery? He was skinny, and he almost died at 53 because he was so unhealthy.
