It`s so amazing. Gear second is such an innovative and original power-up. And what makes it even more awesome is the fact that for high tier like Mihawk this power-up is just "slightly improved" while for the viewers it`s the best transformation ever.

@TheDamnWinner No it`s not and that`s so special about it. Kaioken is just yelling and powering just like a super saiyan and every other stage above it. Instead of a golden aura it`s red. However the gear second...is explainable with OP physics without just saying he "powered" up. He uses the abilities of his devil fruit in quite a smart way to enhance himself physically. It`s completely different.

Since 2006 to 2011 = 5 years = ~230 episodes = about 46 eps/year

You should be happy that now more episodes are comming out than a few years before. But on the other hand, anime gets closer and closer to the manga, so it will slow down soon. (already the storyline in the Post-War Arc is going really slowly)

@skydangerous22 Well, I've watched and read almost all of it. But even so I can't remember everything clearly and I'm not the author, so I can't answer your questions completely right. But I'll try. ^^

I'm not completely sure about the first one, but I have a few theories: I think his vizard powers are connected to his shinigami powers (When he uses his mask, his shinigami powers are enhanced). So if he loses all his shinigami powers he can't use his vizard powers. (To be continued)

And if you mean his powers as a hollow: He only "uses" that, when he is about to lose/get killed. Then he loses control and the hollow takes over. At this time he is still in control.

Second question: They might've reached their limit (so they can't get better). Or it might just be really hard to train it more. (To be continued (again))

Third and fourth question: Again I can't be sure. But I don't think Gin is really a "good guy" or a "bad guy". Everything is not black and white, you know. He has just always been determined to kill Aizen. But I don't think he has any scruples. So he isn't really a "good guy".
