@Bakugantsuvai1 Not to spoil the game by responding to a 7 month old comment, but Kogoro/Richard (I'm sort of a fan of the english dub, too :P) does get his time. His level of competence really depends on the circumstances of the case, a good example being in movie 9, where he realized the true mastermind waaaaay before Conan does.
