The sound is off on the video for one, so it emphasises how 'off' it looks. In the actual movie this scene comes out of the blue and very unexpected. Apart from 'Walt's' threats and bad-ass antics, you do not see a lot of 'action' as it where, so there is very little emphasis on it - But when it happens, it's a real shock.

You can criticise the scene all you want, but if you see it whilst watching the movie front to back, you think a lot different.
