When you interview your guests try to keep your audience in mind. You must remember that your audience really wants to hear what the guest has to say. When you cut Leiomy off without letting her finish her answers to your questions, then the audience feels cheated.

And another thing, sometimes when you interview you seem unaware of how important a particular guest may be to your audience. I am still disappointed that you did not get a full interview from Kassandra Ebony.
