  • Amazing! Thank you for sharing!

  • Namibia 2007 ! War echt super ! Ich werde wiederkommen !

  • nice choice of song i reconiced it as soon as i herd the first sound

  • i would love to go there some day. Probably it would be unforgettable experience!

  • amazing!

  • one of the most fabulous movie ont you tube.

  • Hach, ist das schööön... :o)

Brings back (good) memories... :o)

  • what an amazing place.. can someone tell me.. when you walk down the streets of windhoek or swakopmund.. whats it like.. are there many white people about ??

  • If you arrive in Windhoek, it is a village. After three weeks of touring around and when you return to Windhoek it looks like a metropolis. Swakopmund is small and lovely! Mixed colours. Good feelings!

  • Very cool video, I am very intrigued by the music bed, did you create it? what is it?

  • From your mouth, it is really a compliment - thanks a lot!

  • You're more than welcome. I used a different style music when I produced a documentary called "Lost Towns of the Pine Barrens, Vol. I" but this music has that haunting, eerie feel to it that complements the images perfectly.

  • Like sand through the hourglass...

I've been told by people there that Namibia has one of the most stable economies and governments in all of Africa. It is mostly desert as the video shows, but the thin strip along the coastline is blessed with great weather and fertile soil, as well as water. Those folks there say it is the Paradise of Africa. Modern Namibia was settled mostly by German people. Great video that captures the feel of the place.

  • I love Namibia, I've been there 3 times. Hopefully number 4 will come next year!

  • does any one know what Music is being played in this video?

  • OMG! Don't let Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton see this!! @4:05 exposes the evil true purpose of this vid!!

Just kidding (kind of)! Beautiful clip! Five Stars.

  • lol

  • Ouch, there's no way for the sand to have broken down those doors AND for that to be an original decoration...
