Definitely one of my early favorites. I've must have played the beginning of this song hundreds of times...Martin's honky-tonk intro and then Harrison's voice into the song just created that perfect Beatles sound.
George would slap you on the back and congratulate you for this. You really did his song justice. Is it possible for you to send me the tabs / chords for this ? Im not familiar with all the chords that youre using. They are probably inversions. Hare Krishna ! as George would say.
thanks. I'd do "i call your name". Not a big fan of "hey jude" and no one will ever cover it as well as that little Korean kid in his diapers anyhow. :D
These Beatles sessions are the best I have heard in a long time, but I also have enjoyed the samba/bossa nova recordings. If this music were available on CD, I would buy it for sure! Are these recordings on CD?
...no, I don't. I extremely like your instrumental versions. since I heard some, I am thinking about, if the Amelie-piece by Yann Tiersen could be played on guitar. I dont know if it is possible, but it would sound incredible (in my imagination). ;o)

I'm speechless, you're great playing in such a beautiful way. How you combine the melodies is amazing, specially replacing tha sound of the piano... I'm going to continue watching your videos. Thanks, wonderful playing.
this is awesome. george would've been proud! I love the "if yoooou leavee me part." and don't even get me started on that solo. Anyways, I'm dyiiiiing to see what you can do with "don't let me down (the one off the naked album)" that would be the bessst. wink wink, hint hint.
thanks for all the recent comments. i often think that "don't let me down" would work well cause it's got a sort of latin feel to it. then I start playing it while listening and it doesn't hold up as solo guitar....yet.
I know it *could* work, it's just not coming to me. great suggestion, though.
I've listened to the Fab Four since I was a kid, and I've never, in these past 40 years, seen anybody interpret their work instrumentally the way you have.
You have captured the soul of their music, and injected a lot of yourself into your arrangements as well.... an inspiration to me, and everybody else who loved The Beatles' work too, I'm sure!
I believe we'll be hearing much, much more about you in the near future. Keep up this great work, and thank you!
One of your most spirited renditions my friend - is it because the door is closed rather than ajar? Will we ever know? Do we care, as long as you play so beautifully!
That was amazing... especially the begging...isnt it originally done on a piano? anyways if it is... it makes this even better... i wish i could play that well.. u kik arss.. :)
Dear Cleffy, you have done it again. I repeat myself, and hope that Maxwell's Silver Hammer segued with Carpet Crawlers might make it into the consciousness of musical history.
You are not playing only the hits of the beatles. I think, that is nessesary? (my english is not good). Mostly you can hear let it be, yesterday, in my life etc.
The fab four rarely came close to your exquiisite arrangements. A weird but possibly wonderful request.......Maxwell's Silver Hammer sigued with Carpet Crawlers........if anyone can do it, it;s Cleffy!!
