  • Why is it that our Government is fighting us on right to carry?. Are they so stupid they dont realize they are the ones verifing people are ok to carry when we get a permit. If more focus was put on harsh punishment instead of fighting good citizens there would be no problem

  • 49 States?, I am a resident of California, Orange County, and yes there is Policy and Procedure to obtain a CCW but the average citizen will be rejected after jumping through hoops and spending money. It's BS and I think the NRA is getting soft. I wish they would publish a report detailing how much of CA members money is not being spend in CA.

  • @bce27 here here... I agree with you completely

  • thats why we need to get that empty suit and his band of liars out in 2012

  • NJ does not allow law abiding citizens to carry. No matter what is written, we cannot carry. It is only by "justifiable need only"

  • @georgemc68 I would also like you to stop saying that. .0002% of people in New Jersey are allow to carry firearms and that is mostly armored guards. Even though it's "on the books" there are people who are allowed to arbitrarily decide and they have always decided no.

  • @swiftcoyote yes armored guards can carry on the "job" only. I shoot with hundreds of LAGO here. And I can tell you, other than LEO, ret. LEO or armored guards only. Are you a armored guard? I know when I applied I was asked for what reason. Why do I need a reason to carry, because it's my right to do so. I don't know what part of Jersey you are in, or if you are carrying. No "regular" citizen is granted a CCW or CP in NJ.

  • @georgemc68 I'm sorry, let me clarify. I mean I want the NRA to stop saying "concealed carry is on the books in all but one state." It implies concealed carry is accpeted and common in 49 states. It's not. Not for us in New Jersey. Sorry if you thought I was telling you to not say something.

  • @swiftcoyote ahh no worries...

  • You're talking about an administration that regularly ignores the constitution.

    Of course he'll veto it.

  • @crispycritterz They're not dumb enough to introduce a bill they know will not pass. Chances are they are going to pass it in the house and then attach it as an amendment to another bill so Obama will be less likely to veto.
