When you jump on treadmill the speed goes from 20 miles per hour to 6 miles per hours and by the time the speed goes back to 20 miles per hour he jumps off the treadmill in 20 seconds , he never is at 20 miles per hour

yeah, i mean, im 11, and being a sprinter, i know that running on a treadmill takes little to no effort, your not moving, the ground is. I can run 20 without a treadmill, I want one for the fun of it!
