yea mana burn isn't that great in pvp it's actually pretty damn pointless past lvl 50. all you need is ice comet free hand sorcery and catalyst one shot anything thats not a tank or a warden.

wizards are the best in dmg the most powerful attack for them is manaburn takes out 50% of the enemys lif but if u do it on yellow or orange the enemy will completly die
