@93DOL This version? I've never seen this one in store for well over a year. It's just the new released version where I am. Off course there's going to be old stock left in some shops though. I would expect to see it in places like The Works. They seem to get a lot of OOP stuff and sell it cheap.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but that box set has been cut to pieces by the BBC. Please sign my petition. One thing good about this set is the packing, much better than the USA one.

Yea I know bud, it's pretty sad really. Poor show by the BBC for one of the best shows they ever did.

Still. for £29.99 it seems like the BBC really wanted to make this boxset the kind of thing Del would flog:P

A shame for the people who paid a lot more for the set mind you. I saw your site a long time ago so I knew what I was getting into wanting this set. I'll put a link in the side info bar and make a note of it on the video within the next hour.

@OFAHCuts i agree, i would buy the other one with all seven series, the episodes aren't cut, although there are no christmas specials, at least you get unedited episodes. The packagings nice though

@OFAHCuts im getting this for christmas, and i just realised, buying each OFAH dvd (series 1-7) and the specials is exactly the same, still the edited version, check out wikipedia for the actual dvd cuts.

another great video, you've captured the set very well, this is a really nice set, very nicely put together, picked mine up for around £40 in October of last year and i thought that was good, you got it for a steal, in agreement with you about the edits, but it is such a classic show, i think this can be forgiven, my favourite ep has to be Chain Gang.

Well it did not cost me anything since it was a christmas gift, but the price it was at the time was amazing, yes.

Fave episode for me? Mmmm Dunno? How can you pick a fave out of such a quality show? I think I had a fave each time it was on the telly lol. Yea shame about the edits but I can live with them. If it gets a uncut re-release one day with millions of extras I'll get that as well.:-D

Maybe the BBC had some kind of Del Boy in joke going on with the edits:P lol

Thats such a nice set, I heard its gone up again (£40 still not bad) in Tesco. I was gonna get it for my Grandads birthday coming up.

I'm hesitant to buy it myself because its quite cut. I wonder if they'll be releasing a remastered set like they have with Blackader and Fawlty Towers?...However the design on this set is brilliant and if I saw it for £30 I might find it hard to resist.
