thats pretty fast for that old machine, mine plays really fast to..i have a C2D E6400 overclocked to 3.6GHz, 2GB XMS2 DDR2 PC6400 ram, and a 256MB Radeon X850 XT
How old is this game? And is the radeon 9700 pro good for gaming?

Yes, but unless you want excessively expensive or noisy cooling I suggest avoiding the Processor. :T
AMD's good but they put out WAYYY too much heat.

This game still runs pretty good on older cards...I was impressed with my old geforce 6800 256mb...but wow...a Radeon 9700 impressive!!
