sue looks like jane from Coupling. i think the people who are criticizing this film are focusing too much on details that were relevant when the film was made; obviously some of the ideas about men and women are outdated, it was made in the 1950s! but the overall message is, i think, very pertinent to modern times. people get married for the wrong reasons all the time, and i agree with the minister: similar backgrounds and a solid base in friendship are important aspects of a good marriage.

The best part of this video is Larry's eagerness to commit. So many guys (and some girls, too) today are like big kids, putting off any major commitment until they're over 30. They just want to party, spend money on going out, play video games, and live selfishly.
