OK mouth shapes, but should move the whole head a little. Think of it as a total performance, not just lip shapes. Look at the original live action and see how Carey Grant did it. The mouth doesn't do most of the work in dialog sync, the body does -- the attitude, however subtle.

Very nicely done animation ( loose, expressive, funny ). The only thing that I have a problem with is the disappearing line at the corner of the mouth.Either leave it out entirely or include it on all of the appropriate frames.
The way the line pops off is distracting.
I'd consider removing the line altogether. It's funnier without it.
