you need a good photo editing software (photoshop)

and a movie making software (after effects, sony vegas) - You need to cut out the forground image and save as a gif or png

- replace the hole from cutting the forground using clone tool

- bring editied background + forground into movie software

in After effects u simply layer the objects and use orbit cam, vegas is ALOT trickier but i might put a tutorial up

note After effects is VERY expensive
