this and human racing are my two favorite tracks from this album, the rest of the album is good but i think these two songs are the only ones that stand up to anything from actor or strange mercy. i've only been listening to her for a couple weeks though so i could be very wrong

@takomaskate yeah i don't see that either, newsom's voice/accent is just kind of it's own funky thing anyway. I like annie's music more but both are very talented singers

@darkroxas7 quality over quantity my friend. bjork is amazing in her own way, and annie is equally as good in a completely different way. in my opinion, comparing the two is out of the question.

@MuddyTonic all very good words to describe her sound. In my opinion ethereal and lucid are the most accurate. The only word I think I would like to add would be cererbral...and that is meant to describe her lyrics more than the music.

My favourite track from a wonderful album. I never thought anyone would get close to Kate Bush, but Annie is extraordinary.
