Modelling spreading of immigrants in North America

@Beebop121 Yes, the diffusion coefficient map is naively based on suitability for agriculture, if I remember correctly. Actually fitting the model to historical data wasn't really the goal of the project, though. The model might work better for modelling the initial population of America, but they wouldn't have arrived in the northeast.
