i tested the water catridge and it shot like like only 2 feet, and in a mist like spray. i followed the manual and checked the nozzle cap alignment but it didnt do any good, dang i bought a 'defective' 70 dollar water pistol, did i mention its almost impossible to conceal the damn thing? i carry my pepper blaster 2 now

I own this Pepper Gun (comes in various colors. As jobs are eliminated, crime goes up. Safety for yourself and family should be a priority. Spraying a potential attacker in the face with pepper spray blinds them for up to 20 minutes - just enough time to get away and call 911. This Pepper Gun is a "NON-LETHAL" weapon so a concealed weapon permit is not required.

Also, I walk my dog and every once in awhile there's some low life passing by with a pit bull. I'm not saying all pit bulls are bad, but I am sure you have heard or read stories about pit bulls attacking people or pets.

(It was here in San Francisco that those two lawyers who owned aggressive dogs that killed a woman while she was walking into her apartment.)

I'm not saying that pepper spray will work every time, but it's better than not having anything to protect yourself or your pets.

I live in San Francisco and am surrounded by nuts. There's always something "going down."

E.g., A police officer (off duty - not in uniform) got off a bus. As he stepped on to the sidewalk a homeless man hit the officer with a 4' 2x4. The man went to strike the officer again, aiming for his head, the officer shot him dead. (Bus passengers confirmed the homeless guy being the aggressor).

That's just an example why I carry pepper spray. I like this gun better so I am getting one.

Using a gun as a self defense tool is good but not very smart if your going into the kill. Your get into court not to mention thousands of dollars of a fine at the minimum.

@Apoch666 Well no pepper spray, Taser Gun, Stun Gun is gonna protect you against a robber who has a firearm. These things are for the basic security specially for women when they are physically harassed. Guy carrying this kind of gun would look pretty stupid. Taser or stun gun are better for male.

Mace or pepper spray is able to protect you from 3 or 4 guys threatening you at 4 or 5 meters, and meanwhile it is self-reassuring for anyone who fear a mugging. In France many muggings result from guys gangs with no weapon or at least a knife who just want to smash you down. Stun gun requires to touch your assailant first ...!

if you want something that would stop an intruder or help you in case of an attack i highly recommending a Kimber Jet Protector it has a laser and is a little more than this but I feel it would be more effective watch some of the videos of demos on youtube.

I saw this commercial last night with my fiancee. All I have to say is this product is an epic fail. It's a terrible concept, and not one cop will tell you to own it. It's shaped like a gun, if a robber WITH a gun sees you hold a GUN, the robber will SHOOT YOU! An LED light will not do a damn thing! Seriously...I though the DVD rewinder was the biggest fail of all time...
