You should ask yourself why there was a depression in the first place. The credit markets were manipulated in the same way the housing derivatives were prior to 2008. (1) Extend lots of credit ... (2) Get people in debt ... (3) Cash yourself out of the market ... then (4) Withdrawal credit

How did JP Morgan, Rockefeller, etc. manage to get out of the market before the depression?
