it doesn't matter if it has lettuce or not. it depends on the person who will eat. so you can put lettuce in this recipe anyway. that's salad - you can do many variations.

I've made this with corn,brown rice and broccoli.Heat up the canned corn ( drained ),cook the rice and steam the broccoli florets ( make sure its still crunhcy tho ).Mix together and pour garlic Italian or any Italian dressing on it and chill a few hours.I use a whole 8 oz bottle for a big bowl of this.You can add more later before serving.

How long does will it stay fresh if I put it in the fridge? It's an awfully large serving. I think I'd need 2 days to finish it all.
