I'm sorry... I'm not convinced. I just bought this device for my nephew, because the first one he had was stolen. But now, watching several videos, it appears to me to be a nice invention/gimmick, the benefits/advantages of which one can realize w/o having to purchase the latest'n'greatest... That a finely-chiseled, athletic model uses this... sorry, it's marketing. I believe in capitalism, however, so go your best. But comparable results can be achieved for less money....
Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it.
@bigbrun13 - Glad it helped...TRX is not an intuitive method of fitness and a little instruction goes a long way for people to learn how to TRX on their own to achieve their goals. I try to help users make the most of their TRX...look for more videos in the near future! Thanks for watching.
I made my own device and have had trouble figuring out just exactly what to do with it but this has helped. Thank you and play whatever music you want... it's immaterial.
@bbookmiller here's a cheaper alternative: Find you tube video "How to Make a TRX style Suspension Trainer For Under 80 Bucks" by Leigh Peele. It cost me only $50.00 for the Freestyle Trainer which is practically the same as the TRX but 2/3 cheaper.
I LOVE this system. I feel it in areas that I've never felt it before. His form is excellent, too so this is my favorite TRX video so far. Thanks for sharing this, bighappyvb.
@ryanskapa TRX is great for several squat/lunge variations (much more than what is shown here) without placing the body under load (other than bodyweight). On the music....I know, it's not perfect but it's upbeat and energetic (and hopefully not too annoying). Thanks for the feedback!
@ColdSpring1984 Thanks...loved working out in the woods of Mammoth Lakes! I'll try to get better with the music in my videos, thanks for the feedback!

Thanks MrEzioAuditore1993!...and why wouldn't a person just turn down the volume or mute if they didn't like the music.
Cheers!

I don't mind the music!! =) I think people should be less harsh with the criticism!
Thanks for the vid!

I don't see why this equipment is necessary for squats or lunges.
P.S. The music is incongruous with the workout.
