  • Hi, just a quick update, my Coyne1988 account got suspended, thanks to Kenneth Copeland, so I re-opened this old acct. of mine and am using it.

  • The name really seems a misnomer for a website that promotes the distinctions of being a Reformed Calvinist. For centuries, the Reformed tradition has worked to create or discover the 'unifying thread' (one Gospel, one sphere of Grace, one People of God, etc.) throughout Scripture, not to "divide," "rightly" or otherwise, which was dispensational territory. Are you redefining the historical meaning of Reformed, similar to Rob Bell's redefining of the word "evangelical?" Tell me it ain't so!

  • Only if you hold that Paul was trying to "change the historical meaning of Reformed similar to Rob Bell redefinging evangelical" when he wrote to Timothy: "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, **rightly dividing** the Word of Truth." (2Tim 2:15 emph. mine)

  • Your response is a non sequitur and funny. I believe that if the Apostle were to pay us a return visit, he would find Mr. Bell's postmodernist nonsense as well as the Reformed framework problematic.

What does Reformed theology and the Borg (Star Trek) have in common? An. All "resistance is futile." Sadly, even the heavenly-minded Apostle Paul (Col. 3:1-3) is assimilated by you into the Reformed, earth-bound theological "collective" and "hive mind."

  • How is it a non-sequitur? Please explain your assertion. (Keep in mind I didn't ask you why you thought it was funny because, frankly, I don't care.)

  • At 6:47 - Deacon, some bands play in their garage because flash-in-the-pan producers can't recognize real music.

They just sign whatever "player" they can craft into an image & hock to immature people who only want a passtime anyway.

Real biblical truth would put TBN out of "business."

God keeps us where we need to be to accomplish His purpose.

I don't watch TBN anymore - I tune in to your gargage.

(Although I don't know how you fit Lane in there. Is he inflatable? LOL)

  • Man...how tall are you lane?

  • 6'5" :)

  • Man your huge lol , I didn't expect you being that big. You should do more videos like this every once in a while, its cool.

  • Rightlly' Deviideed is a good name but might I sugest your theme music be "It's Lane's Blog It's Lane's blog totally excelent" (Rimshot LOL) couldnt resist keep up the good work in all you do.

  • Are you going to Westminster, Nick?

  • The most famous place in YouTube Christendom is probably the garage. We ought to hold a vote and take a drawing...

But something tells me Ingrid would agree and Doug would win...

It was great seeing two of my favorite guys make a video together and seeing Lane "animated".

  • Place the voice with the face.

  • You can change your username? How would you go about doing something like that? :)

    God bless!

Also, Lane is really, really tall looking.

  • "Also, Lane is really, really tall looking."

He has to be at least 6'5"-6'6". Put him up in a pic next to "denyyourself20". You'll see what I mean.

BTW, I know this is purely trivial, but who is the tallest Doctrines of Grace preacher out there or to have lived?

  • Lane, it was nice to finally see you in one of your videos- I was beginning to think you were just a massive, godly statue with an arm around a girls college basketball star! ;)

  • haha, this comment made me laugh :)

  • Very cool, looking forward to the podcast. Cool prize as well, I think session 3 is the best of the set. Well worth the few dollars... Blessings to you both.

  • Great video guys!! Lane, first time I saw you "animated".xD I knew you were tall, but I never knew you were that tall. Well, I always did wonder if Sue just wasn't that tall or if you were just really tall.LOL Anyways, I am at your service. Both in prayer and whatever else you need.:)

  • Great to see your ministry growing Lane. Mr. Eaton's vids are awesome too. Keep it up!

  • You guys rock!!!!!

  • Just to give some perspective on Lane's height, I'm almost six foot tall. :-) Deaton29.

  • Wow. I guess we have a Lane "Freakishly Tall" Chaplin in our midst?lol

  • Yes, I was curious about that. You certainly didn't look like you were 5'2! LOL. Thats crazy tall Lane, love you both in Christ Yeshua,

    7778

  • That was awesome. Y'all make a good team.

  • Until 4:56 I had been wondering about that. Lane, you must either be about 7 feet tall or Doug is 5 feet tall.

  • Congratulations Ben.

    @2:15

  • I assure you that no one's "libertarian free-will" was harmed in the making of this video. :)

  • Good name Lane. Mine were a bit cheezy.

    Christian Lady

  • I thought yours were great. We actually did a second take of this video, too, with another drawing in case "Benjamin C" never contacts us, and you were the winner so if I don't hear back from Benjamin C by January 1st, you have a Christless Christianity DVD coming your way. Thanks for all the great suggestions.

  • you like afi ?? lol i actually have an afi tattoo....got it back in the day

  • My favorite two favorite youtube guys in the "Best Background on Youtube."

I'm voting this as video of the year.

  • Wow! That was great Lane. I pray that we can have that much fun when we meet. God bless brother.

  • Yeah! I was going to say that the "Jerusalem Wall" type background with you and Paul has to be the second greatest background on YouTube Christendom. I love it how Lane assures us, saying, "And there IS such a place". Well, virtually, yes...

  • great stuff Lane. you gotta show your face more often man. God bless

  • Thanks, Sanctum. I was wondering how it might come out because we shot it late, and I didn't get but like 5 hours of sleep the night before. I noticed all the um... "um's" after I watched it through, but I hope it didn't take away from it.

  • So how do we subscribe?

  • When it comes out, I'll let you know. It should be about the middle of January, Lord willing, provided that law school doesn't impede.

  • Rightly Divided - Good name! (Thanks to Sue!)

What will it cover? Scripture teaching, refutations and things; or pretty much everything?
