Using it with XP and Vista/W7 is all you need. Fast transfers that squeezes everything out of your card.

BUT

It is sh!t when it comes to Win98/Me.

No drivers, no Support even though it's detected by Windows OS.

How do you transfer files, I plug it in, it installs but i don't know how to transfer files or anything as it has no instructions???

You have to eject it properly. Whenever you put something involving a USB in the computer, at the bottom right-hand corner, what looks like the end of a USB cord comes up. When you want to remove it, you have to right-click the box and say safely remove hardware. Try resetting you drivers on your computer

i have had this product for a while now, and it used to work flawlessly. but now, when i plug it in, it says that my computer does not recognize it. help please
