My order was Flame Mammoth, Chill Penguin, Spark Mandrill, then Armored Armadillo- Group 1

Group 2 was Launch (Lunch) Octopus, Boomer Kuwanger, Sting Chameleon, then Storm Eagle. I later would get Storm Eagle as soon as possible, at least before Octopus so I could sink the sub-things easily.

This lets you get everything at once only having to replay Penguin's stage for the heart and Armadillo's for the Hadouken. You can charge your S.Ice to slide off and get both the hearts in Kuwanger's Stage and Chameleon's

@theEvilGrimace mine was always the easy way, penguin, eagle, mammoth, mandrill, armadillo, octopus, kuwanger, chameleon. Honestly i havent tried many other ways, due to i dont mind replaying levels. Just get good at speedrunning:D

That is the way I do it in the original. In Maverick Hunter X though, I go F. Mammoth, then the rest of the previous order. I always have to have my Dash Boots first thing (and it was moved to F. Mammoth's stage).

See, Boomer was easy for me once I got the missile. Launch Octopus was hard even WITH the right weapons (including the cutterto slice off the tentacles and make things a BIT easier... ironic how you need to beat LO to get a weapon to make Boomer easier, but you have to defeat Boomer to get one of the weapons to make LO easier...).
