@zafarrao7 Raising water up hundreds of feet takes a lot of horsepower, then to pressurize it takes even more. If there was a water supply in the mountains above it might be practical to pipe it down, but drawing it up is a BIG project. Besides I don't think they have an electrical grid nearby.

Why dont they use Water Guns to breach the dam? Egyptians used this method in 1973 probably against Israel.
