Ok I looked at the wiki, the slow applies 15% on the poison and applies the full effect on fling but being in the air eats up most of the time on that.

So personally I feel there's probably a lot of items better than Rylais for singed.

@Darkmuffin74 actually, the soraka was AP. her Q does atleast 100 damage. you can tell shes AP by her 2 shotting those minions beforehand, and healing for about half of her health. so that clutch banshees proc DID matter.
