I like that Bobby is not present in court. For one thing, it's realistic. And the writers resisted the urge to have a bunch of teary, melodramatic gazes between Bobby and Pam. The point of the scene was to stress Pam's isolation/loneliness and it's very effective.

Pam was like iced! What did she think? Did she think Bobby will enter the court and say to her not to divorce? off course it is soap, but why didn't she say to stop it?
I think she just felt it was what the judge had said, they tried reconciling and there was noghing else. Just sad to watch - I loved those two together! And that horrendous Katherine! But give credit to Morgan Brittany - she sure did a great job with the acting, particularly those reaction shots!
Katherine was one of the best bitches this show had. And MB did such a fantastic job playing her.
