no offense but i dont think fat people should be in military. right now instead of rotc scholarship at college im training for marines. i needed to cut 21 pounds before i could sworn in... its been a month and i cut 17 already. before i go to boot i should be 30+ pounds down. its not hard. just diet and exercise... honestly not hard at all. dont expect to lose weight when you cant even stop drinking soda or chips.
