  • @gohanluigi123 i feel your pain bro, happened to me twice

  • original is version is masterful, this version is pretty good though

  • it sounds happy even though there is an angry pokemon

  • I've owned silver for 10 years now and I still haven't had a dead battery. How does ones battery die?

  • i think the pokemon games have the most inspirational music :D

  • shit I don't know but this song isn't sad at all (at least for me) i just feel like climbing a mountain with typhlosion at my side and at 0:27 it's like ''come on just a little more!'' until you reach the top

  • Nostalgia FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Wow for a lake with a angry Gyarados this song does sound happy/sad :)

  • Beautiful and kinda sad ='(

  • this theme makes me feel so epic for some reason

  • This has always been my favorite route music as well

  • beautiful^^

  • i think if in Fr/Lg for Islands 1,2 and 3 they should have had a remixed goldenrod theme...

  • I can see how people like the FR/LG remix more, but I think this one really suits the mountainous routes and the lake...

  • i agree

  • Fire Red version is way better!

  • Fire Red version doesn't sound like Wind Waker

  • @GiantCorey I never said it did

  • I know.

  • to be honest my personnel favorite is the route 30 theme. but this still rings back so many memories its not even funny. the route themes to johto have been some of my favorite games songs of all time.

  • the FRLG remix in the sevii islands was much better IMO

  • This song was always my favorite route song, and IMO keeps getting better with each official remix. so much nostalgia, I love it.

  • The Route themes from the second generation games are still my favourites to this very day, this being my personal favourite of them after ten years. It kind of tells you that you're far away from home, but still have a long journey ahead of you. Pokémon forever.

  • i think route 209, 212 and 222 in diamond also conveys these feelings

  • The funny thing is, these games were announced within days of the save battery in my copy of Silver dying.

  • Yh same here. But I was lucky and unlucky cause my younger brother started a new file over my file and I lost my strong team then when I started again and had crap pokemon then my Silver battery died.

  • When you get this game for your DS, you will not have to worry about opening up the cartridge and replace the lithium coin battery inside.

  • Is that a good thing? I dont wanna loose my PKMN team becoz the battery died. Or maybe by then Id be playing a new PKMN and be able to bring my PKMN from HG/ SS up to them via wireless link or wifi.

  • Its a good thing because the save file on the DS games will last forever and never be deleted, unless you choose to start a new game again or delete the file by using a cheating device.

  • Oh cool I didnt even kno that lol. thnx :)

  • However, you cannot transport any Pokemon from GBC (Gold, Silver or Crysta)l or GB (Red, Blue, or Yellow) Pokemon games to the DS games because the DS is not compatible with the systems before Game Boy Advance. If you did get through the Game Boy Advance POkemon games and have lots of storng Pokemon in the game, you might be able to migrate them into the HeartGold, SoulSilver, Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum versions.
