Sou brasileira de descendência Ibérica, nunca estive em Portugal, mas sonho em ir a Sintra desde que vi a série "Os Maias" da Globo em 2001. A série foi uma adaptação de um romance homonimo de Eça de Queiroz e havia muitas partes que se passavam em Sintra. Que lugar mais lindo!

@eurodestinationIn I agree its a gem!In 1999 I visited this place! So wonderful!!!!! Best of all was the fact that I did not have to put up with any extended family members!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA

Advice: When visiting Europe, never tell any European family members that that you are going!!! If you do, you'll waste your time visiting them all and you won't enjoy any vacation time!!!!!!
