I don't get the need to de-activate or remove the windows key. I have never-ever accidentally pressed the windows key when in-game. It's not even close to anything you'd want to press lol. Oh well.

Anyway, bought a steelseries 6gv2 yesterday, but now I'd wish I bought the G110 instead. Mechanical switches are so weird, and require effort to hold down, due to their linear nature, which you can't really tell before using them for 30 mins or so. blah blah

Hated this keyboard at first, the keys seemed way to high and the keys themselves far to small. It took me a good week or two to get used to typing on it. But now I love the thing, the smaller keys mean I can get to everything easier and quicker which is good in shooters.

According to Logitech site compare between G110 and G510.. the only different is G110 dont have LCD, and G110 got alot of things that G510 dont have like backlit keys, G110 is Corded and G510 is not? is there any problem with logitech site.. Logitech was always known for geting the idea onto their product. Their keyboards and mice are among the best. I still prefer it over razer because i had a lot of problems with the razer mamba. I took that back and got my money back then i decided to take out my logitech g5 mouse. It is really old but it worked better than the razer.

@Valcgo If you've installed the driver software - in your quick launch bar, open up the program called Logitech G-Series Key Profiler. Then you have 3 modes at the top, M1 M2 and M3. Click the colour blocks to set the colour - then when you change profile on the keyboard, the colour will change as you set it in the software!

In short dont buy a keyboard with USB's/audio/LCD screens built into the one usb lead. Many motherboard bios have conflicts and issues causing laggyness and freezing in game.

I disagree. Logitech has gone downhill with quality, every new product feels cheaper and lighter. I bought this G110 and sold it on Ebay 1 week later. A lot of other people reporting issues too on X58 boards with intermittent freezing and laggy key response. It looks nice on paper but be wary of any review that doesnt actually use the product. This is more like an unboxing.

@larsgobbens Really good question bud. I would say the logitech keyboards with lcd screens on them, their luxury items. This is a cut down version of them, and has some seriously useful features I would miss if I didn't use this keyboard!

why?

because nobody needs that many macros and espacially i don't like that the keyboard is fit for small hands. you'll get used to it but i would really recommend you the microsoft sidewinder x6 if you need a keyboard that fits the hand nice and isn't too pricy.

this is my own opinion because the keyfeatures of this keyboard are as you called it a "luxury". i hope this helps ^^
