There is no miracle here whatsoever. Look carefully. This man is on crutches, he is not in a wheelchair. What does this mean? He can walk, and probably quite easily too. As for the element of pain, it's long been established that pain is to an extent psychological. The reverend, by talking about the so-called "power of christ", will be able to convince the subject that he can walk free of pain, if only for a little while. To say this is a miracle is, at best, naive.

I am glad this guy recovered from his injuries, but he had been undergoing a year of medical treatment first, with some advanced and modern surgery. This was all aimed to get him walking without the need of crutches and it worked. Positive thinking obviously helped, but why did he not thank the doctors who actually performed the surgery and implement his physiotherapy? What an insult to them!
