I am a Buckeye graduate, die hard buckeye fan. Haven't missed a home game in 4 years (student tickets lol). But I have to say when i made these comments 1 year ago I made a prediction that thus far has held true.

Here's the only point I was trying to make.

Posey is average talent. D-2 STAR! D-1 mediocre to decent depending on how well of a QB he has.

Problem is Pryor doesn't make any of his receivers better.

DeVier Posey is a great blocker, good enough speed to make it in the NFL, he has good hands and his release is unbelievable.

Posey is the one that's always getting open to get the ball thrown to him. Also, did you even realize that Sanzenbacher has been thrown to more this year than Posey has.

If Posey stays for his Senior year he will have more yards than the Brians, Ginn, and Holmes.

He is not draft material, he may be some day. But I still stick by my statement that he is not great. He is no better than Hartline and Robiskie were.

I compare our receivers to Ginn, Holmes and Gonzalez stature. Posey is no where close.

The only thing Ginn had to him was speed, he couldn't run a route to save his life and was horrible at blocking. He was actually REPLACED by Brian Hartline as the starter at Miami.

Same problem with Gonzalez, he had good hands but he couldn't run routes, had a problem with his release and wasn't that good of a blocker.

Holmes is the only good exception on your list. Even though he had inconsistent hands.
