I don;t support Hillary for other reasons. As far as this bill, it will not take money away.
1) This is about scholarships and not grants, financial aids or else that you can do math by saying if you Pay X then Y will receive less.
2) This bill only support those who lived in US, went to US schools and grow up in US. They are totally eligible for citizenship and the bill also require them to be citizen.
Lets say if out system was not so messed-up delayed in government responses, and lets say if a person eligible for citizenships whoud get it in one day after applying, then we didn't need this bill. The problem is that it takes a long time to become a citizen after eligibility is passed, so students loose their scholarship.
Remember, this bill only applies to those who are eligible for citizenship and has applied.

Dude minimum wage in mexico is like 40 cents per hour. Would you want to work there? Do you know how much time you have to wait to obtain citizenship? Only a certain amount get accepted each year. They don't hand out pamphlets in mexico on "How to obtain US Citizenship. There are too many obstacles to obtain citizenship legally, especially for someone who is not fluent in english.

well, she's more qualified than bush (although she did vote to go to war) atleast she admitted her mistake and wants us OUT. the dream act would take 80 million dollars a year, but the war is costing us 120 million A YEAR. I think there should be more guidlines to where the money goes. for example, it has to go in a college fund and be used for college or u cant use it!

The resolution was not for Bush to invade Iraq but to give more authority to the president to tackle Saddam. It was more of sanctions and related options rather than war. If Dems Senators voted for it, maybe due to the reasons that the CIA and FBI certified that Iraq had WMD. Stupid americans are continuously beating a dead horse. I saw no one demonstrating in the streets about Bush and you are more angry about those who supported the resolution?

I don;t support Hillary for other reasons. As far as this bill, it will not take money away.
1) This is about scholarships and not grants, financial aids or else that you can do math by saying if you Pay X then Y will receive less.
2) This bill only support those who lived in US, went to US schools and grow up in US. They are totally eligible for citizenship and the bill also require them to be citizen.

Lets say if out system was not so messed-up delayed in government responses, and lets say if a person eligible for citizenships whoud get it in one day after applying, then we didn't need this bill. The problem is that it takes a long time to become a citizen after eligibility is passed, so students loose their scholarship.
Remember, this bill only applies to those who are eligible for citizenship and has applied.

I support Ron Paul and Barack Obama. I think they both talk out of their hart and they are both qualified for their vision. Yes, but remember, as of current status, scholarships are not always fully used. This is manly because they have such tough requirement that most students will not qualify for. Such scholarships are generally stays for several years before reclaimed by the original donor if not fulfilled.

LOL I guess the way the peopl voted really counted when Bush became president.
