Even though we have the FDA, they must not do a good job because we still hear of tainted food, like with the salmonella outbreak we had awhile back. So we still don't know what's really in our food. Even though we don't know, we're still eating it anyway. What does this have to do with God? The Bible says that we have to believe. That's what faith is. Haven't you heard that we put our FAITH in God? That means that we believe that what He has said in His Word is true, regardless of how much evidence exists. It's the way God wants us to do it. I see it as a challenge. If we can believe in God, believe in His Son, and believe in His Word, then we can have eternal life. God just doesn't make Himself visible because nobody can look on Him and be alive because of His glory.

If you have any intellectual objectivity, feel free to read the words of the ancient historian Josephus, who was Jesus' contemporary and was NOT a Christian believer. He is one of the foremost sources as a historian of that time, and HE wrote about Jesus and some of what he saw.
Even if you don't believe He is God, there is no reason to compromise intellectual and academic integrity.

Jesus never implied that He would return before that generation passed. That verse implies that the generation that will see the beginning of the events He outlined won't pass until they see the end of the same events. You can't take Hebrew/Greek and apply the words from an imperfect translation to the language we speak today. Sometimes you can not everytime

Even though we have the FDA, they must not do a good job because we still hear of tainted food, like with the salmonella outbreak we had awhile back. So we still don't know what's really in our food. Even though we don't know, we're still eating it anyway. What does this have to do with God? You don't believe in God because of no evidence of Him, yet you eat believing that your food is not tainted, even though you have no evidence that it's not tainted.

The Bible says that we have to believe. That's what faith is. Haven't you heard that we put our FAITH in God? That means that we believe that what He has said in His Word is true, regardless of how much evidence exists. It's the way God wants us to do it. I see it as a challenge. If we can believe in God, believe in His Son, and believe in His Word, then we can have eternal life. God just doesn't make Himself visible because nobody can look on Him and be alive because of His glory.

I named the North Pole because not too many people have been there. If you don't believe in Heaven or Hell because you've never seen either place, then you also don't believe in anything anybody says to you unless you see it yourself. You never commented about the earth being flat!

A preacher I know told of his wife who laid on her death bed. Just before she died looked up into heaven and said "My what a beautiful place!" Immediately she died. If this isn't heaven then for crying out loud explain what it is if you're so smart. I have more proof too but this should be sufficient.

What you've provided is HEARSAY. It is a personal testimony (statement) regarding claims supposedly made by someone else. The fact that the person telling the story is a PREACHER means to some that the story is 100% true. To others, it could also mean the person has a need to convince others to believe in order to continue receiving tithes/attendance/adoration.
I can't dismiss your "proof." You have provided NONE.
