  • Much Props on this .. I haven't done sprints in a Minute .. so i said lemme give it a shot .. did it yesterday with one of my boys .. it helped with him out there to push the pace of the sprint, so it was more like we raced eachother each time .. then ended off with the push ups and mountain climbers and kettlebell swings as noted .. It was like .. i will definately continue to add this to my regimen .. Thanks for this.

  • i like to keep training simple. heavy bag 30 minutes, jump rope 30 minutes. that's my cardio. or 60 minutes heavy bag and 30 minutes jump rope.get some speet bag in their.

  • @marcroops I totally agree!  Training for what you are performing. Anaerobic exercises for anaerobic sport.
