Played on the A and B circuit in Tampa back in the day. It was always a race to be one of the first bands to cover these tunes. George Lynch and Steve Vai were my two favorites to cover. If you think about it, they have a lot of similarities to their approach in playing.

I really liked Dokken when they came out. I still love their music, and I play this song as well as others of theirs in my bands even now and the music stills rocks! Unfortunately, this video is very bad, the only time I've ever heard Don sing flat- ouch!

He's trying to play rhythm guitar too maybe that was the problem. he also sings an octave down on many parts of the song here - errrrgh! Can't even hear lynch even on his solos - poor representation of this band.

100% agree with the Pilson comments.......there's no comparison. Juan is okay but his stage moves are so camp it's ridiculous. Pilson has it all and is irreplaceable.
